1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining PropTech Hub WA, attending an event, participating in an initiative, or engaging with PropTech Hub WA in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with membership or participation.
2. Membership
2.1 Membership Fee
PropTech Hub WA membership is subject to a once-off joining fee, as published at the time of application.
Membership provides access to the PropTech Hub WA ecosystem. Participation in events, initiatives, programs or activities may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
2.2 No Refund Policy
All membership fees, event fees, initiative fees and participation payments are non-refundable.

3. Participation & Conduct
Participants are expected to act professionally, respectfully and in good faith at all times.
PropTech Hub WA reserves the right to:

4. Innovation, Confidentiality & Disclosure
PropTech Hub WA supports open collaboration but does not assume confidentiality unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to disclosure.

Participants are solely responsible for protecting their own intellectual property and competitive advantages.
5. Media, Images & Content
PropTech Hub WA may capture photographs, video and audio recordings during events and activities.
By participating, you grant PropTech Hub WA the right to use this content for:
If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must notify PropTech Hub WA prior to the content being captured. Requests made after capture may not be accommodated.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, materials, recordings, documents and media produced by PropTech Hub WA remain the intellectual property of PropTech Hub WA unless otherwise stated.
Participants must not reproduce, distribute or commercially use PropTech Hub WA materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
PropTech Hub WA provides platforms, connections and opportunities but does not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropTech Hub WA is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in membership, events or initiatives.
8. Changes to Programs & Events
PropTech Hub WA reserves the right to:

9. Termination
PropTech Hub WA may terminate or suspend membership or participation at its discretion where these Terms are breached or where continued involvement is not aligned with the organisation’s values or objectives.
Termination does not entitle the member or participant to a refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
