Sarah is a co-host on the PropTech Radio Show Perth and PropTech TV Show Perth. 

Duo team Sarah and dad Kim have been operating in the Western Australian market for the past 45 years. Safety Bay Settlements located in Rockingham offer a range of services and expert advice defined in the Settlement Agents Act 1981. 

  Jeff has consulted to the retail sector and developed property for the past 50 years. He was instrumental in establishing the Friendlies Pharmacy franchise which was sold to HBF. He retains an interest in a number of pharmacies employing 150 people. 

Through the JJ Leach Group Jeff is committed to helping great ideas get off the ground and in doing so facilitating economic activity and employment in our community. The Group supports early stage health, environmental and tech founders through space equity, mentoring and access to industry connections. 

Cath Hart brings over two decades of leadership in both government policy and private sector advocacy to her role as Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). 

Her diverse experience across major industry brings a fresh perspective to REIWA’s role as the peak body for the real estate sector in WA, and its positive impact on the broader community. Cath is passionate about WA being the best place in the world to live and do business, and advocates for policies that support a stable property market. 

Prior to joining REIWA, she was Executive Director of the Housing Industry Association WA and Director of Advocacy for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in WA. Cath began her early career as a journalist before taking on Ministerial advisory roles within the WA Government. 

Cath holds positions on several industry boards; she is Chair of the Housing Industry Forecast Group, a Member of the Housing First Homelessness Advisory Group and sits on the WA Government’s Property Industry Advisory Committee. 

 Kylie Dillon is the co-founder and CEO of Realtime Conveyancer, the digital conveyancing breakthrough. Since founding a successful WA conveyancing firm in 2003 and time subsequently spent working in R&D for PEXA, Kylie’s passion for innovation and transformation was piqued and in 2019, she co-founded Realtime Conveyancer.

Sam Rettke is the co-founder of Realty Assist Australia and entrepreneur in residence at PropTech Hub WA. 

Prior to that, Mr Rettke was the state director for Western Australia at Purplebricks Group, sales & marketing manager at Icon Homes NSW and BGC Construction, sales manager of Stockland, and began his real estate career RE/MAX Extreme where he spent over 4 years in real estate sales.

  Kevin took over Core Vision in 2005 at a time when PropTech was virtually unknown. He will say that he went prematurely grey but let’s just say there are many years of experience contributing to that distinguished look. Over the years Core Vision has gone from having to educate their clients to the potential of using systems to now paddling hard to stay ahead of the curve. Staying ahead of that curve has meant that Core Vision’s offerings are even more relevant today. 

Kevin will also tell you that “playing well with other specialised systems” is not only advantageous to the client in getting the best solution but also one of the pillars of Core Vision’s success. 

A strong advocate of PropTech Hub WA, Kevin is keen to see and support PropTech startups in WA. 

 John is a Director of the Asset Reports group and is involved in the day-to-day operation of the business across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. 

Since joining in 2013, John has grown the business to include Quantity Surveying, Residential and Commercial Reporting, 3D Virtual Tours, Drone Imagery, Strata 10 Year Plans, Interactive Site Maps and a Paperless reporting solution called Reports Online. 

John holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Accounting. His knowledge and experience in both areas help Asset Reports identify clients’ needs and provide them with the best products and service possible. 

  Iggy Van & Rebecca Redman are passionate about sustainability and finding ways to contribute to a better world. 

Both are Co-Founders and Iggy is CEO, Bec CMO of Hemp Squared, they is on a mission to make industrial hemp building blocks a mainstream product in the building industry. 

The company is constantly innovating and expanding possibilities with hemp-lime, now manufacturing from building blocks to pizza ovens and new products being developed every few months. 

Iggy is the chairperson of the Industrial Hemp Association of Western Australia. 

    James is the CEO of the Lifesize Plans Group. He is a scale-up specialist with a proven track record as CEO and Global Change Agent, which is supporting the brand through its rapid global growth delivery.

 Lifesize Plans is an Australian-born, globally-focused franchise company establishing collaboration studios around the world to bring any digital content to life in a true 1:1 scale.

Josh founded a property investing service platform that makes the journey of property investing simple. The company is called Keeyco.

 Keeyco started from the realization of how hard it was to begin investing in property in Australia. The team straight away realised that a lot of people were complaining how unnecessarily complicated buying or selling a property was. 

Keeyco understands the issues and brings transparency and simplicity in the investors property journey. 

 Dion Dosualdo has been the chief executive officer of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA since 2014 and previously the account manager to the property industry representing Landgate. 

Dion recognises that without local innovation the WA property industry will sacrifice significant competitiveness and potentially miss out on solutions specific to our unique needs. 

   Josh is a partner at Carbon Group specialising in R&D tax incentives. 

For Josh, working in the field of R&D is a rewarding experience as he enjoys getting to know a business, its owners, and the innovative projects they’re undertaking. Amel is a founding partner at BlueSky, establishing the company with Rizal Farok in 2012. In his role as Software Developer, he is responsible for mapping out big picture solutions with clients, undertaking software analysis, infrastructure set-up management, scoping and building customer web development solutions, integrations and software maintenance.

Within BlueSky Amel is migrating from back-end web development towards development and management. He has a particular focus on tools that support automated deployment and scaling such as AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

In his capacity as Director, Amel is a thoughtful, fair and conscientious leader. His naturally optimistic disposition brings an upbeat atmosphere to the office and he fosters a culture of appreciation.
