 Your Property Day WA is not a traditional expo.

It is a decentralised, location-based event where participating businesses across Perth open their doors on the same day, creating a city-wide discovery experience for the public.

Businesses are featured on an interactive map and promoted as part of a broader community-focused event celebrating property and home ownership in Western Australia.

 Your Property Day WA is suited to Perth-based businesses in:

• Building and renovation
   
• Home services and trades
   
• Solar, energy, and smart home solutions
   
• Furniture, interiors, pools, landscaping, and outdoor living
   
• Finance, lending, land, settlement, and related services
   
• Property technology and professional services
   

Participation is limited to ensure quality, visibility, and fairness.

 Participating businesses:

• Are listed on the official event map
   
• Open their premises on the day (normal trading hours or nominated times)
   
• Choose whether to offer a special activation, offer, or experience
   
• Promote their participation to their own audience
   

There is no requirement to “sell” — many businesses use the day to build awareness, showcase capability, and start conversations.

 Businesses participate in Your Property Day WA to:

• Drive qualified foot traffic to their premises
   
• Engage people earlier in their decision-making journey
   
• Showcase their offering in a real environment
   
• Build trust and local brand awareness
   
• Use the event as a call-to-action for products or services
   

For many, it replaces or complements traditional exhibitions.

 Maximum of 100 participating businesses:
 

• 50 North of the Swan River
   
• 50 South of the Swan River
   
• Limited numbers per category
   

Once categories are filled, they close.
