Day Four begins with a high-impact Economic Development Breakfast bringing together more than 100 business, government, industry and investment leaders from across the Peel region.
The centre piece of the morning will be a timely discussion on the impact of the new capital gains tax changes on large, medium and small businesses — exploring what the changes could mean for business owners, investment decisions, succession planning, asset sales and future growth.
The discussion will examine the implications for businesses of different sizes and provide practical perspectives on how Peel businesses can prepare, respond and plan ahead.
Presented by Peel Chamber of Commerce & Industry and proudly sponsored by the City of Mandurah, the breakfast will combine economic insight, practical business perspectives and valuable networking with business leaders and key regional decision-makers.

Following the breakfast, Mandurah Tech Fest moves out into the region with a full day of Tech Fest Connector Events. These independently hosted activations, workshops, site visits, demonstrations and connector events are designed to bring innovation to life in real settings.
Led by experienced facilitators and local organisations, the Fringe Events create space for meaningful conversations, practical learning and new partnerships across the Peel innovation ecosystem.
